What it means
Monitor adds context to the inventory: who uses each tool, on which account, in which projects, what its connections can reach, how freely it can act (autonomy) and what it costs (AI spend).
It shows which tools and people need attention first.
Why it matters
Two installs of the same tool can carry very different risk. Monitor shows the difference.
