1.Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.endlayer.ai and any content we publish there (the "Service"), operated by Holistic AI. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2.Permitted use
You may read, link to, and quote our content. You may share short excerpts on social media and in your own writing, provided you attribute them clearly and link back to the original article.
You may not: republish an article in full without our written permission; scrape the Service at a rate that degrades it for other readers; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; misrepresent our content as your own; or use the Service to distribute malware or unlawful material.
Automated access for the purpose of training machine-learning models is subject to the terms set out in our robots.txt and llms.txt. Where those files permit access, attribution to the source URL is a condition of use.
3.Intellectual property
All editorial content on the Service — text, layout, graphics, and code — is owned by Holistic AI or its contributors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. The endlayer name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without permission.
Third-party trade marks referenced in our writing belong to their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only.
4.Your submissions
If you send us a pitch, correction, comment, or any other material, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish it in connection with the Service, and you confirm that you have the right to grant that licence.
Please do not send us confidential information you don't want published or acted upon.
5.Third-party links
We link to other websites when it's useful. We don't control them, we don't endorse everything on them, and we aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
6.Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is complete or current.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holistic AI, its officers, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service — even if we've been advised of the possibility.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one hundred (100) US dollars.
8.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holistic AI from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
9.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service, in whole or in part, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other readers.
10.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property. If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of protections available under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
11.Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
